Shipping Policy

We currently deliver within the Netherlands. Below, you can read what to expect regarding the shipping of your order.

Shipping costs

Orders under €75: €6.95 shipping costs.
Orders from €75: free shipping.

The shipping costs are displayed before payment.

When will my order be shipped?

The shipping and delivery times below apply only to items that are in stock.

Ordered on a business day before 4:00 PM? We will ship your order the same day. For orders placed after 4:00 PM and on weekends, the expected shipping day is the next business day. We do not process orders on public holidays.

After shipping, the expected delivery time is 1 to 2 business days. We ship with DHL. Delays with the carrier or during busy periods may affect the delivery time. Your statutory rights remain in effect.

Does the chosen variant state 'Pre-order'? Then the shipping and delivery date are not yet known, and these timeframes do not apply. Please contact our customer service before ordering for information about availability and expected delivery.

Tracking your order

After shipment, you will receive an email with a track-and-trace code. Is the email missing? Check your spam folder or contact us.

Changing or canceling

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to correct an error in your order or delivery address. We will see what can still be adjusted. If processing has already begun, we cannot guarantee a change or that the package can be stopped. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains in effect: you may also withdraw from your purchase before delivery.
